A DRY MEAT RUB FOR ANY OCCASION

What would a piece of meat be without some good flavour? Bland and boring and something that we never want on our plates. A dry meat rub can pack as much flavour into a chicken or steak as a liquid marinade can. Dry rubs are generally used when you cook meat on a low and slow heat, whereas grilling on an open flame renders dry rubs useless. So keep these recipes in mind next time you have time to kill around a fire.
